About Open Textbook Collaborative

The Open Textbook Collaborative (OTC) is a community college-led, statewide collaborative program in New Jersey to fill an important need for open textbooks and other learning resources in career and technical education courses. OER developed for the OTC was funded by the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) of the U.S. Department of Education for the Open Textbooks Pilot grant. The grant runs through 2023.  For more information, go to our Open Textbook Collaborative website. To propose and develop OER for this collection, visit our curriculum and course proposal pages.
